Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will join Comarch to support the growth of our ERP sector. Your mission will be to bridge the worlds of finance, strategy, and operations within one of our key business areas. We are not looking for a theorist – you will actively support decision-making processes by providing concrete, data-driven analyses and recommendations.

This role has a pivotal international character: you will report directly to the CEO of the ERP sector for the DACH region and France (N-1 level). Your task will be to ensure that our operations in foreign markets are efficient and fully backed by hard data.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical mindset who wants to develop their career within a technology organization and have a real impact on its operational results

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in strategic consulting or similar business-analytical roles (consulting firm environment preferred)
• Competencies: Solid knowledge of corporate finance; ability to fluently analyze key profitability indicators and cash flows
• Analytics: Proficiency in data modeling tools and the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable business insights
• English Language: Fluency at a minimum C1 (Advanced) level. You will use it daily in direct cooperation with foreign markets and in preparing reports and presentations for international management
• Location & Flexibility: We work in a hybrid model from our office in Kraków. If you are based in Warsaw, we are open to a cooperation model involving your presence in our Kraków office 1–2 days a wee

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing financial and operational analyses that serve as the foundation for decisions made in the DACH region
• Supporting executive management by providing data-driven recommendations
• Optimizing revenue-related processes within our ERP ecosystem
• Actively monitoring business KPIs across international markets
