As a provider of innovative IT systems for the financial sector, we are looking for an
expert to take the helm of our marketing technology (MarTech) architecture and integrate it with
modern AI solutions. We are looking for a "builder" profile (roughly 70% hands-on construction, 30% setting standards) who possesses
solid analytical skills and can
translate business sales goals into automated processes within CRM systems. Your main goal will be to holistically build the B2B funnel from scratch, implement the HubSpot platform, and integrate it with BI tools and our AI environment.
If you demonstrate full ownership of assigned projects, can act as a technological mentor for the team, and deeply understand the architecture of long-cycle B2B sales – Apply!
Job Profile
- Marketing Operations Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or growth operations in B2B (software, technology, or financial services), including end-to-end ownership of a marketing automation architecture.
- Demand-Side Literacy (B2B Funnel Architecture): A working understanding of B2B buying pipelines in long-cycle, considered-purchase sales. You can design the funnel model (lifecycle stages, lead qualification definitions agreed with Sales) and then code scoring, logic, and attribution into software.
- HubSpot & MarTech Expertise: Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise (core CRM). Architecture design, lead scoring models, attribution setup, and reporting. Familiarity with ABM tooling (e.g., 6sense), BI tools, Google, and LinkedIn environments.
- AI Implementation in Production: Proven implementation of AI in marketing workflows beyond personal productivity: LLM-based content generation pipelines, retrieval-grounded workflows built on a knowledge base (RAG), prompt libraries, and AI output quality evaluation.
- Data Fluency & Tool Governance: Advanced spreadsheets, dashboarding (platform-native or BI tools), and comfort with campaign data models. Experience running security/legal reviews of marketing and AI tools, access management, and data-hygiene standards suited to a regulated industry.
- Functional Leadership: Maturity to set and enforce standards across a team without line authority. Able to act as a mentor and develop the operations skills of the marketing team (autonomous role, no direct reports initially).
- Language Proficiency: English C1+ is mandatory (working language). Polish is a plus (the team operates in both) but not required.
Nice to have:- Degree in marketing, business, computer science, data, or a related field.
- HubSpot certifications, experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting – you don't need to code, but understanding the technical basics is highly valued.
Your Tasks
- Own the Marketing Engine End-to-End: Design the funnel model for a long-cycle enterprise B2B motion (lifecycle stages, MQL/SQL definitions agreed with Sales, conversion measurement), then build it: HubSpot architecture, lead scoring, attribution, and the management reporting layer.
- Migration & Integration (First 6 months priority): Unify and migrate entirely from the current CRM to HubSpot. Implement automation between HubSpot, BI tools, Google, and LinkedIn.
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Design and roll out AI-assisted marketing workflows across the team (content drafting, research, campaign operations). Build and industrialize the product knowledge base (RAG) that grounds all AI-assisted content work.
- Campaign Measurement: Wire measurement into every campaign and event: from registration and lead capture to pipeline attribution and post-campaign learning loops.
- Governance & Compliance: Own AI and marketing tool governance: evaluation, security reviews, access management, and enforcing the standard that no campaign launches outside the official engine.
- Partnership & Mentoring: Act as a functional chapter lead for marketing operations. Partner tightly with Sales and the Head of Marketing on the operating model, SLA tracking, and monthly management reports.
