We create advanced IT systems for the financial sector. We are looking for an experienced individual to support our product expansion in the Middle East (MEA) and Asia (ASEAN) markets.

We are looking for someone with solid organizational skills who can thrive in the highly dynamic environment of emerging markets, building structured marketing campaigns from scratch. Your main goal will be the strategic positioning of our Wealth Management product line, generating a measurable pipeline, and comprehensive organization and communication around international industry events.

Job Profile


  • B2B Product Marketing Experience: 4+ years of B2B product marketing or marketing management experience in software, technology, or financial services, with ownership of positioning and campaign results (not only execution of others' briefs).
  • Proven Project Delivery: A track record of independently running complex, deadline-fixed marketing projects end-to-end, ideally including major conference or trade-show presence (planning, stakeholders, vendors, on-site delivery, follow-up). Formal PM certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is a plus; evidence of delivery is the requirement.
  • Self-Sufficient Producer: Comfortable creating materials and campaigns hands-on with AI support (LLM-based writing and research assistants, AI image generation), with the discipline of verifying every product claim against source material before publication. Working knowledge of a marketing automation/CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong Stakeholder Skills: Able to work as a peer with senior Sales leadership and with a product organization, and to represent the company credibly in front of clients and partners at international events.
  • Language Proficiency: English C1+ is mandatory (the working language of the role and the markets). Polish is not required.
Nice to have:
  • Domain Expertise & Regional Insights: Experience in wealth management, private banking, capital markets, or broader financial services. Familiarity with MEA or ASEAN markets.
  • PR & Communications: Experience in media relations or analyst-facing activities.
  • Certifications & Languages: Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to the region several times a year.

Your Tasks

  • Own marketing for the Wealth Management product line in MEA and ASEAN markets: positioning, messaging, and the annual marketing plan, aligned with Sales priorities.
  • Own a measurable pipeline contribution target, agreed with Sales and reported monthly through the marketing platform.
  • Plan and deliver event-driven campaigns end-to-end around the sector's flagship industry events in the region (Dubai,Jakarta and other cities), covering pre-event outreach to named target accounts, on-site presence and content, and post-event lead qualification and follow-up, working with internal specialists and external agency support.
  • Independently create campaign materials (presentations, one-pagers, landing page copy, e-mail sequences) using AI-assisted workflows grounded in verified product knowledge; every external claim verified before publication.
  • Orchestrate product expertise into the market: work closely with the product organization and Sales leadership to turn existing product depth into client-facing narratives, thought-leadership content, and executive visibility for key spokespeople.
  • Maintain the sector's product knowledge base (verified claims, references, competitive positioning) as the foundation for all AI-assisted content.
  • Contribute to PR and analyst-facing activities for the sector.
  • Operate within the team's shared standards: brand and quality gate, campaign process, and event-to-pipeline reporting discipline.
