Numer referencyjny: FS/1026793
Lokalizacje:
Kraków, Warszawa
As a provider of innovative IT systems for the financial sector, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a maternity leave cover contract (12+ months), with the option of extending it to a permanent position. In this role, you will grow your hands-on craft with access to the latest technologies, while also having a real influence on the planning and strategy of our digital channels. Placed at the heart of our digital marketing, you will run marketing automation, the website, SEO and GEO, and LinkedIn campaigns for our Financial Services sector.
You will work in an international environment, closely with fellow marketing team members, agencies, internal stakeholders and sales. You will also have real room to shape how we work, improve our processes and test new ideas.
Candidate profile
- B2B Digital Marketing Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
- Marketing Automation: Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or a comparable marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SALESmanago). You build workflows and nurturing scenarios yourself, and you are confident with emails, forms, landing pages, lists and segmentation.
- CMS & Website: Practical experience publishing and editing content, building new pages and managing forms in a CMS. Our CMS is proprietary, so the ability to learn new systems quickly matters more than any specific tool.
- SEO & GEO/AEO: Keyword research (Ahrefs or similar), Google Search Console, on-page best practices, and technical basics such as JSON-LD structured data and 301 redirects. Good understanding of how to optimize content for AI assistants and answer engines and how to monitor brand visibility in AI answers.
- Paid Campaigns: Experience running B2B paid campaigns, ideally LinkedIn Ads, from setup and targeting to optimization and reporting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics 4 (reports, explorations, UTMs), HubSpot reporting, and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR and e-mail marketing best practices, including consent management and the difference between marketing and transactional emails.
- Languages: Fluent Polish (C2 or native) and English at B2/C1 level, used daily with international teams.
- Way of Working: Independent, accurate and well organized: you plan your work in a way that seamlessly combines scheduled activities with new initiatives. Proactive and creative, eager to improve processes and try new approaches. Comfortable working in a large international organization with marketing colleagues, agencies, internal stakeholders and sales.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a website migration or rebranding project (content audit, redirects, protecting SEO visibility).
- Work in a large, shared HubSpot portal used by several teams.
- Lead management experience in close cooperation with sales (MQL / SQL).
- HubSpot Academy certifications.
- Background in IT, financial services or fintech.
- Experience with AI visibility monitoring tools, LinkedIn newsletters or YouTube channel optimization.
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) in marketing work.
- Availability to start immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Marketing Automation: Run email campaigns and newsletters, forms, landing pages and segmentation in HubSpot. Build and optimize workflows and lead nurturing, and keep our contact database clean and compliant.
- Website, SEO & GEO: Publish news and articles, build and update product pages and forms in the CMS. Do keyword research before every publication, manage metadata, structured data, redirects and indexing, and optimize product pages for both search engines and AI answer engines.
- LinkedIn & YouTube: Plan, launch and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (incl. Document Ads and Lead Gen Forms). Publish content on our LinkedIn page and newsletter, and publish and optimize videos on YouTube.
- Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries according to the established process, register leads and campaigns in the CRM and prepare monthly MQL / SQL reports.
- Reporting & Budgets: Track performance in GA4, Google Search Console and HubSpot, report results, and manage campaign budgets and related paperwork.
What's In It For You
- Maternity leave cover contract (12+ months) with the option of a permanent position.
- Hybrid work model in Kraków or Warsaw (after onboarding: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office).
- Private medical care for you and your loved ones.
- Cafeteria system, including a Multisport card or funds for culture, leisure and sports.
- Access to advanced AI tools and Google Workspace.
- Varied, high-impact work across marketing automation, web, SEO/GEO and paid media.
- Real influence on how our digital marketing processes evolve.
