Comarch Loyalty is a global loyalty and marketing automation platform available as SaaS (Comarch Loyalty Cloud), External Cloud and On-Premise/Hybrid. The product is end-to-end, AI-powered, no-code and API-centric — serving retail, travel, banking, telco and FMCG across Europe, North America, MENA and APAC.
The customer engagement / loyalty / CDP market has entered a phase of aggressive consolidation and AI-led personalization. The rise of SaaS-native players (Talon.One, Antavo, Braze, Bloomreach), the push for composable MarTech and new privacy-first regulations all call for sharper product positioning, an accelerated roadmap and a bolder monetization strategy.
The Product Director role is a strategic response to this moment: a single owner of the product vision, reporting directly to the CEO, with a clear mandate to redefine the direction and pace of Comarch Loyalty's evolution. As this role requires close collaboration with our core teams and key markets, we are seeking a candidate based in Europe.
Candidate profile
- Significant product management experience in B2B SaaS technology companies (8+), including Head of Product / VP Product / Chief Product Officer level
- Proven track record of scaling a SaaS product from growth to scale-up stage
- Domain experience in loyalty / CDP / marketing automation / customer engagement / MarTech / CRM (at least one of these)
- Strong skills in positioning, pricing and packaging of SaaS products in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience owning a product roadmap in a multi-stakeholder setting (CEO, Sales, R&D, enterprise customers)
- Practice in Product-led / Sales-led growth models and in transforming organizations toward a product operating model
- Close working experience with R&D and Delivery (agile, dual-track, milestones-based delivery)
- International mindset — has shipped products across multiple European markets and beyond
- Fluent English (C1+)
Nice-to-have - Experience transforming a legacy / on-premise product into a modern, cloud-native SaaS
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML in marketing products (personalization, prediction, gen-AI)
- Scale-up or PE-backed growth environment experience
Your responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term product vision for Comarch Loyalty and translate it into a clear, multi-horizon roadmap (now / next / later)
- Reposition the product — sharpen the value proposition and key differentiators against SaaS-native players and hyperscalers
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle: discovery, definition, pricing & packaging, GTM, adoption, retention and account expansion
- Lead and develop a strong product organization (Product Owners, Product Marketing, UX/Research)
- Partner closely with R&D, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success — break silos and operate as one product team
- Drive pricing and monetization strategy: subscription, usage-based, tiering and packaging of AI modules
- Bring evidence-based decision making — discovery, customer interviews, product telemetry, AI/data-led insights
- Represent the company externally: analyst relations, strategic clients and industry events
