We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and influence-oriented PR Manager to strengthen our company’s external reputation and amplify our culture, leadership, innovation and transformation stories on a global scale. Reporting to the Head of Culture & Communications, this role will shape our media narrative, manage key external communications, and build trusted relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers in Poland and beyond.

The ideal candidate excels at strategic storytelling, is confident navigating complex or sensitive topics, and brings experience delivering high-impact PR in fast-moving, technical, or multinational environments. They combine strong editorial judgment with hands-on execution and are comfortable partnering with senior leaders across the business.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in PR, external communications, or corporate communications (preferably in tech/IT, in a corporate environment)
  • Familiarity with tech industry trends, innovation topics, or B2B environments
  • Proven track record of working with media, pitching stories, and securing coverage
  • Ability to work in a global environment across multiple regions and time zones
  • Knowledge of PR tools and analytics platforms, including AI tools for PR analytics and media monitoring
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams
  • Polish native speaker with excellent proficiency in English

Your Responsibilities

  • PR & Media Relations
    • Develop and lead a global PR strategy aligned with the company’s cultural narrative, strategic priorities, and business objectives
    • Shape the organisation’s external voice by crafting clear, compelling narratives around innovation, culture, leadership, and organisational transformation
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on key messaging, visibility opportunities, and external positioning
    • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, analysts, and industry influencers
    • Oversee press releases, statements, Q&As, and media kits
    • Proactively pitch stories and interview opportunities, creating visibility for company initiatives
      and leadership
  • Media Relations and Thought Leadership
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry influencers across core markets
    • Drive proactive media engagement through high-quality briefings, storytelling, and expertly positioned pitches
    • Lead executive visibility initiatives, including thought leadership content, interviews, and speaking engagements
  • Content Strategy and Editorial Leadership
    • Oversee the creation of PR content including press releases, articles, op-eds, statements, speeches, and narrative framework
    • Ensure all external messaging reflects the company’s tone of voice, values, and strategic direction
    • Drive storytelling initiatives that highlight transformation and cultural initiatives, technology leadership and employee impact
  • Reputation and Issues Management
    • Identify emerging external risks and recommend proactive communication strategies to protect and strengthen the company’s reputation
    • Partner with Legal, HR, and leadership to manage sensitive topics with accuracy, discretion, and strategic foresight
    • Develop preparedness frameworks, messaging, and support structures for potential crises or reputation challenges
  • Storytelling & Content Creation
    • Identify and shape strong narratives around culture, innovation, technology, people, and business impact
    • Develop PR content strategy across formats: articles, op-eds, blogs, media briefings, and success stories
    • Ensure all messaging reflects desired tone of voice and communication standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Social Media, HR, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment across all communication touchpoints
    • Support global and regional campaigns by integrating strategic PR elements into broader communication plans
    • Work with technical and business teams to translate complex topics into accessible public communications
    • Align external communications with internal culture-building efforts
  • Measurement and Insight
    • Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and trends to inform strategic decision-making
    • Provide leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations to further strengthen reputation and visibility
    • Benchmark against industry peers and global best practices
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data and market trends
    • Monitor competitor communications and industry news
