We deliver a comprehensive portfolio of ICT, Private/AI Cloud and managed infrastructure solutions for enterprises. As we rapidly expand internationally, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales reporting directly to the Sector CEO. In this high-impact role, you will define our global revenue strategy, drive C-level engagement and hunt greenfield opportunities, with a primary focus on Western Europe and the DACH region.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of net-new business acquisition (hunting) at a senior/executive level within the ICT, Cloud or Shared Services sectors
  • Active network of business contacts within large international enterprises and a history of closing deals with well-known brands
  • International expansion expertise, specifically targeting the DACH region. Fluent English is a must; German language skills are a strong asset
  • Hands-on leadership style – proven capability to scale and mentor international sales teams while actively selling alongside them
  • Commercial & Tech acumen: Strong understanding of cloud go-to-market dynamics, complex deal structuring, and modern CRM/sales automation tools, including AI-driven prospecting
  • Board-level communication and financial literacy, with the ability to present pipeline health with absolute credibility

Your Responsibilities

  • Global Expansion: Drive international hunting activities and execute targeted Account-Based Selling (ABS) strategies to capture high-value enterprise targets in Western Europe/DACH
  • Tech-Driven Sales: Leverage your existing network and advanced methodologies (including AI prospecting and intent data) to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Revenue Strategy: Design the international GTM plan, maintain rigorous pipeline management, and deliver data-driven forecasting focused on net-new revenue
  • Team Leadership: Lead and scale a distributed sales team, establishing clear KPI dashboards and a culture of accountability
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Presales and Delivery to align the commercial engine, while preparing for the long-term expansion of the role into consulting
