Numer referencyjny: AIG/1024914
Operating within a high-velocity landscape of grand-scale transformation and continuous shifts, you must excel at anchoring fluid environments through agile data structures and dynamic metrics. As the AI Data Governance & Strategy Lead, you own the AI scorecard - translating AI strategy into measurable business value across all sectors and the four dimensions of success. You are accountable for unified AI data governance and strategy across Comarch, ensuring the data foundations, metrics and ethics that let AI scale reliably are in place and consistently applied across a rapidly changing organization.
You operate at the intersection of data, strategy and value measurement. You run the AI scorecard on a monthly and quarterly cadence, link it to MBOs, run the annual AI maturity diagnosis, and track ROI per sector against Hub running cost within a volatile market reality. You own cross-sector data integration, metadata management, data ethics and the AI data tooling that underpins them, working closely with sector Heads of AI/CTOs, Product, R&D, Security/Compliance and the Chief AI Officer to ensure AI investment compounds into measurable, structural advantage despite constant change.
