We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and experienced Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, development, and execution of our total rewards strategy for Comarch Group. This role is critical in shaping our compensation, benefits, and equity programs to align with our business goals, support growth, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent.

You will oversee all aspects of Total Rewards - including base and variable pay, equity, benefits, pay transparency, and compliance - ensuring these programs are competitive, scalable, and reflective of our company’s values. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a transforming organization with 6,200+ employees, based in majority in Poland and some foreign locations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with leadership responsibilities in compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benchmarking, market pricing, executive pay
  • Deep expertise in managing annual compensation reviews, incentive programs, and job architecture initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset; advanced Excel and modeling skills are essential
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Fluent in Business English and Polish

Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, global Total Rewards philosophy aligned with business strategy and culture
  • Lead compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition strategies across all geographies
  • Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executives, HR Partners, Finance, and Legal on all reward-related matters
  • Monitor reward trends and continuously improve program competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and compliance
  • Own the design and communication of Total Rewards frameworks and policies across the organization
Compensation & Pay Equity
  • Design and govern global salary structures, job architecture, and compensation frameworks
  • Lead global benchmarking and salary reviews, including short- and long-term incentive planning
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including budgeting, communication, calibration, and payouts
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and ensure adherence to internal fairness and external regulatory standards
  • Drive compliance with pay transparency legislation (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive)
Benefits & Wellbeing
  • Define and deliver a consistent benefits philosophy, tailored to local needs and legal requirements
  • Continuously evaluate benefit utilization, satisfaction, and return on investment
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor, tax, and data privacy laws
  • Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting on reward programs
  • Engage with Remuneration Committees, Board members, and regulators as required
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team
  • Partner with People teams to support seamless reward processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A, international expansion, and organizational change initiatives
