We deliver a comprehensive portfolio of ICT solutions designed for one purpose: efficient, integrated IT infrastructure management that enterprise organisations can depend on. Our core business spans advanced Private Cloud & AI Cloud environments, ICT solutions, Shared Services IT, and managed infrastructure services. We are rapidly expanding internationally and are now looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to drive our global new business growth.

Reporting directly to the Sector CEO, the Head of Sales is a high-impact, pure hunter role responsible for defining and executing the company's global revenue strategy. You will be a true "leader from the front" – building and guiding an international sales organization while personally driving C-level engagement, leveraging your own active business network, and hunting greenfield opportunities across global markets (with Western Europe and the DACH region as key growth directions).

Candidate Profile


Experience & Track Record
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in B2B enterprise sales with a demonstrable and verifiable track record of consistent performance in new business acquisition (hunting) at a senior or executive level.
  • Proven experience selling complex ICT solutions, Private Cloud, AI Cloud services, and Shared Services IT to large enterprise accounts.
  • Active and current network of business contacts within large enterprises with a proven history of closing deals with well-known international brands.
  • Strong track record in international expansion; experience in targeting the DACH region and knowledge of the German language is a strong asset, while fluent English is an absolute must-have.
  • Proven capability to lead, mentor, and structurally scale a sales team, combined with a strong "hands-on" approach to active selling alongside your team.

Commercial & Strategic Acumen

  • Exceptional command of modern new logo acquisition strategies – from sharp market segmentation to complex deal structuring and commercial negotiation.
  • Deep understanding of ICT and Cloud go-to-market dynamics, managed service commercial models, and enterprise technology procurement cycles.
  • Financial literacy and board-level communication skills, with the ability to present pipeline health and market intelligence with absolute credibility.

Technology & Innovation

  • Deep proficiency in modern sales tools with hands-on experience managing CRM ecosystems and sales automation at scale.
  • Practical experience with the application of AI tools in modern sales processes (AI prospecting, predictive analytics, and intent-driven outreach) to maximize new business efficiency.

Leadership & Culture

  • An inspiring, credible leader who gives a personal example and leads from the front – equally effective closing a C-level deal as coaching an account executive.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure, and the ability to build cohesive, motivated teams across cultures and time zones.
  • A natural collaborator who brings organizational energy and commercial rigour in equal measure.


Your Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition & Global Expansion
  • Drive international pure-hunting activities, pursuing new logos across global target markets with a particular focus on accelerating growth in Western Europe (including the DACH region).
  • Leverage advanced, tech-enabled methodologies (including AI-driven prospecting and intent data) to identify, qualify, and close high-value greenfield targets at scale.
  • Utilize your existing business network to open doors to well-known brands and accelerate the sales cycle for our Cloud and ICT portfolio.
  • Build and execute targeted ABS strategies that compress sales cycles and maximize win rates across new territories.

Revenue Strategy & Commercial Leadership

  • Design and own the international go-to-market plan, translating corporate growth objectives into clear, executable revenue targets and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, ensuring full visibility and data-driven forecasting focused heavily on net-new revenue.
  • Prepare for the strategic expansion of the role's scope into the consulting area in the longer-term perspective.

Team Leadership, Mentoring & Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, internationally distributed sales team – instilling a strong culture of accountability, daily coaching, and commercial excellence.
  • Establish clear KPI dashboards and sales cadences that enable real-time intervention and collaborative deal-cracking.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Presales and Delivery leadership to ensure the entire commercial engine is aligned to support fast-paced new business acquisition.
