We're looking for a Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to shape how the world sees us on that journey. Reporting directly to the Sector CEO, you'll work at the intersection of corporate reputation, global market positioning, and international PR. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for a builder. You'll design our communications function largely from scratch - and you'll be in the work, not just directing it - running multi-region, multi-timezone campaigns and using modern, AI-assisted workflows to grow our footprint across every market we play in. As this role requires close collaboration with our core teams and key markets, we are seeking a candidate based in Europe.

Candidate Profile

• Experience & Growth Trajectory: 8+ years in Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, or PR within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise software. We value your velocity and future potential as much as your current track record
• High Agency & Problem Solving: You thrive where instructions aren't predefined. You take a complex, ambiguous challenge, define the solution, and drive it to completion yourself
• Chaos Compression: You synthesize large amounts of regulatory, financial, and technical information while keeping a sharp view of the whole business.
• Sharp Judgment & Taste: In an era of AI-generated noise, you have the critical thinking and professional intuition to spot the one winning angle out of a hundred
• Tech & AI Leverage: You're genuinely hands-on with AI — using it daily to speed up production, sentiment analysis, and strategy, while rigorously verifying its output

Your Responsibilities

• Own the corporate narrative: Shape and safeguard our story as we scale internationally, positioning our brand for new markets and growth opportunities.
• Executive positioning: Work directly with senior leadership as a trusted advisor and ghostwriter — personally drafting the communications that establish them as definitive global voices on e-invoicing mandates, international tax compliance, and B2B automation
• Build and run global communications: Design, launch, and operate our international media relations yourself — placing our technology in tier-1 financial and tech publications across Europe, the Americas, ASEAN, and MEA, and cultivating those relationships directly in each region
• AI-assisted infrastructure: Build and run modern, AI-assisted workflows to streamline content production, track global media pull-through, and maximize efficiency — getting hands-on with the tools, not just specifying them
• Stakeholder engagement: Track the fast-shifting e-invoicing regulatory landscape across our key regions — the EU, the Americas, ASEAN, and the Middle East & Africa — and position us as the indispensable, authoritative partner for enterprise clients, partners, and institutions worldwide
