Comarch is seeking an expert Head of AI & Digital Architecture to lead the technical infrastructure underpinning the Group's digital discoverability and AI visibility. Operating within a Center of Excellence model, this leader will define, build, and govern the technical standards that determine how Comarch is found, cited, and understood by both search engines and AI systems.

This is a deeply technical role — the successful candidate will be an architect first. They will own the systems, schemas, and data structures that make Comarch machine-readable in the AI era, ensuring the brand is accurately represented across LLM-driven platforms, AI search agents, and traditional search engines. They will translate complex technical requirements into enterprise-wide standards and work across IT, Corporate Communications, and Sector leads to drive adoption.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Technical Qualifications
  • Senior Technical Leadership: 5+ years in digital architecture, technical SEO, or web engineering roles within a B2B or enterprise technology environment.
  • AI & LLM Fluency: Deep working knowledge of how Large Language Models source, weight, and prioritise information — and how to engineer for that process technically.
  • Full-Stack Web Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, structured data (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and headless CMS platforms.
  • Search Architecture Experience: Proven track record in technical SEO at enterprise scale, including schema implementation, crawl optimisation, and entity-based search strategies.
  • Data & Analytics: Proficiency in analytics platforms, log file analysis, and the ability to define meaningful measurement frameworks for emerging AI discoverability metrics.

  • Analytical Rigour: Comfortable defining and measuring novel KPIs, building business cases from data, and adapting strategy based on quantitative signals.


Key Responsibilities


AI Discoverability & GEO Strategy
  • LLM Citation Engineering: Designing and optimising digital assets so that Comarch becomes the preferred citation source for AI models including Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and SearchGPT.
  • AIO/GEO Architecture: Moving beyond traditional SEO to architect for the latent space of AI — reducing brand hallucination, ensuring factual accuracy, and building structured authority signals for AI crawlers.
  • AI Monitoring & KPIs: Defining and tracking next-generation metrics including Share of Model and AI Sentiment to measure brand presence across AI-generated outputs.
  • Prompt Governance Framework: Establishing and maintaining a Group-wide technical governance framework for Generative AI use in marketing workflows.

Technical Web & Digital Architecture
  • Web Infrastructure Ownership: Full technical oversight of the Comarch Group web estate — Core Web Vitals, performance, schema markup, structured data, and headless CMS architecture.
  • Source of Truth Design: Architecting the technical backbone of Comarch's knowledge layer — whitepapers, technical documentation, and PR assets — structured to be cleanly ingested by AI crawlers and search agents.
  • Schema & Structured Data: Implementing and maintaining comprehensive schema markup strategies (JSON-LD, Open Graph, entity disambiguation) across all Group web properties.
  • MarTech Stack Evaluation: Assessing and integrating emerging technologies that improve discoverability, data fidelity, and digital infrastructure scalability.

Standards & Center of Excellence Leadership
  • Technical Playbook Development: Creating the definitive technical standards and implementation guides that sector-specific teams follow to achieve Group-wide consistency.
  • Knowledge Cascading: Acting as an internal consultant and authority on AI discoverability and web architecture — upskilling and enabling sector marketing and IT teams.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partnering with IT, Corporate Communications, and Sector leads to ensure cohesive implementation of digital architecture standards across a complex, matrixed organisation.
