• Higher education
• Creative approach to work
• A flair for writing—experience in creating content that is stylistically and substantively engaging, attractive, and diverse
• Skills in:
  • Editing and proofreading texts in Polish and English
  • Finding specialized information online
  • Creating and optimizing content based on SEO principles, keyword selection, and proper text formatting
  • Developing effective and trendy content for social media
  • Working under time pressure and coordinating multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Communicative and able to work in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR projects and the IT industry
• Proficiency in CMS systems
• Category B driver's license

Your Responsibilities

• Creating content for various channels, including: social media, folders, flyers, websites, blog, internal communications, mailings, and scripts for films and animations
• Co-creating recruitment campaigns
• Proofreading and editing content prepared by others
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to plan content-related activities
• Optimizing website content
• Managing day-to-day social media channels
• Supporting the team with employer branding projects
