We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative to drive our expansion across European markets. In this role, you will act as a pure "Hunter," taking full ownership of identifying, prospecting and securing new business opportunities within French- or German-speaking regions. Leveraging your deep understanding of the IT sector and the SaaS ecosystem, you will introduce our cutting-edge solutions to enterprise clients, establishing a robust pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. If you possess a high-energy sales mindset, exceptional communication skills in French or German, and a proven track record of closing B2B software deals, you will thrive in this highly autonomous and rewarding position.
Candidate profile
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, account acquisition, or B2B sales within the technology sector
- Strong English and French or German verbal and written communication (C1/C2 level)
- Solid background and deep understanding of the IT industry, specifically the SaaS business model
- Pure "Hunter" mindset with a strong focus on active prospecting, cold outreach, and acquiring new enterprise clients
- High confidence in commercial negotiations at the C-level with senior executives
- Proven consultative sales approach combined with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to work independently and as part of a wider team
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to acquire new customers within the French- or German-speaking SaaS and IT sectors
- Actively identify, map, and establish contact with key decision-makers and C-level executives within prospective customer structures
- Lead the complete sales process, from initial lead generation, cold calling, and qualification through to final deal closure
- Conduct high-level presentations and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to address complex technical and business needs
- Drive the preparation of high-quality proposals by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales and implementation teams
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee the finalization of contracts, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and forecasts within the company CRM system
