As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key figure in the development of the ICT business line within Comarch Group's Enterprise client portfolio. We are looking for a professional to lead the sales of technological services to Comarch’s existing global clients in the following areas: Banking & Insurance, Telecommunications, Loyalty & Marketing,
E-Invoicing (EDI), ERP & Industry.
By leveraging Comarch’s long standing relationships and our global Data Center infrastructure you will position ICT services as a strategic partner for the world’s most recognizable brands. You will build business value by selling advanced technological solutions:
- IT Outsourcing (Comprehensive IT Department as a Service)
- IT Managed Services (IT Infrastructure Management, Network Management, IBM Power Systems)
- Data Center & Cloud (Private, Hybrid & Multi-cloud)

Candidate profile
- Degree in business, finance, marketing or technical studies or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions and high tech services
- Strong English and German verbal and written communication (C1 level)
- Documented success in the sales and cross selling of ICT services including: Managed Services/ Cloud/ Outsourcing
- High confidence in commercial negotiations at the C-level with senior executives
- Modern sales mindset through the use of AI tools
- In depth knowledge of the global IT market for strategic positioning
- Strong initiative and proven ability to influence outcomes and drive decisions at senior levels
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Proven consultative sales approach combined with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategy to acquire new customers within the IT sector and related high-tech industries
- Actively identify and establish contact with key decision-makers and C-level executives within prospective customer structures
- Lead the complete sales process, from initial lead generation and qualification through to final deal closure
- Conduct continuous market analysis and monitor competitor activity to identify emerging trends and effectively position IT solutions
- Conduct high-level presentations and demos using a value-based approach to address complex technical and business needs
- Drive the preparation of high-quality proposals by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, R&D and implementation teams
- Manage and grow key accounts through consistent engagement, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee the finalization of contracts, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company standards
- Represent the company at the trade fairs, conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and industry presence
- Collaborate with Marketing and Production departments to align sales activities with product roadmaps while maintaining detailed reporting on all KPIs
