As a provider of innovative IT systems for the financial sector, we are looking for an
expert to take full ownership of our brand identity, creative quality, and market narrative. This role is part of a three-person marketing leadership team.
We are looking for someone with an
impeccable aesthetic sense, a
proven track record of leading rebranding processes in large organizations, and the ability to act as a
"brand guardian". Your main goal will be to create a new Brand Book for the Financial Services sector, unify communications, and develop a PR strategy (including narrative around AI and our status within the OC investment group).
If you can set communication standards, possess the real ability to evaluate and reject weak projects (whether created by humans or AI), and thrive as a qualitative mentor – Apply!
Important: Please make sure to attach your portfolio to your application (as a link or file). Share your projects with us – we want to see not only the final shipped work but also understand your decision-making process and aesthetic sense.Job Profile
- B2B Leadership Experience: 6+ years of commercial experience in roles such as Brand Manager, Creative Director, or PR/Communication Manager within a B2B environment (technology, enterprise software, or financial services). Experience working in a large corporate structure (Enterprise) is required.
- Rebranding & Strategy: Proven track record of independently leading comprehensive rebranding programs end-to-end (from strategy to visual system to rollout and C-level stakeholder management).
- Creative Judgment & Quality Gatekeeper: You possess outstanding taste and can substantively defend quality. You know how to say "no" credibly – both to senior leadership and to high-volume AI-generated content. During the interview, expect a portfolio conversation focused not just on what you shipped, but what you rejected and why.
- Toolchain & AI Fluency: Fluent command of the modern brand/creative toolchain (brand asset management, DAM, review tools, CMS fundamentals). Working literacy in AI creative tools (image generation, LLMs) deep enough to set standards and judge output without needing to be the daily producer.
- PR & Narrative: Exceptional PR communication skills, media relations experience, and expertise in building thought-leadership narratives. Understanding of AI concepts sufficient to craft coherent "AI messaging" for the market.
- Language Proficiency: Native Polish and fluent, advanced English (min. C1) – mandatory for international collaboration.
Nice to have:- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience leading website replatforming or migration projects.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Your Tasks
- Brand Strategy & Rebranding (Priority): Lead the brand strategy and create a new Brand Book for the Financial Services division. Own the messaging architecture, visual system, and templates.
- Quality Gatekeeper (Veto Authority): Every piece of customer-facing output (human-made or AI-generated) must pass your quality gate. You have full decision-making power and real veto authority before anything is published externally.
- PR & Market Communication Management: Develop and execute the PR strategy with a special focus on positioning our AI expertise and communicating our integration within the investment group. Unify social media communications and measure their effectiveness.
- Directing AI in Creative Workflows: Set the direction for AI-assisted creative production: define what good looks like, where AI is used and where it isn't, and how generated output is reviewed.
- Website Transfer Co-lead: Co-lead the website transfer and rebuild for the sector, overseeing the brand, narrative, and content architecture.
- Functional Leadership: Act as the functional chapter lead for content and creative specialists embedded across product teams. You won't have direct reports initially, but you will enforce standards, conduct reviews, and develop their craft.
