As the Head of Sales for International Markets, you will spearhead Comarch's transition and growth in the CEE SaaS landscape. You will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of technology solutions, ensuring our offerings meet the complex needs of enterprise clients worldwide
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of professional sales experience within the IT and technology sector
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic leadership or team management roles
- Hands-on experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products
- Fluent in English (C1/C2)
- Demonstrated success in selling IT solutions on an international scale
- Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to build a performance-driven culture
- Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks (CRM, automation tools) and the ability to translate technical features into business value
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with existing and prospective clients
- Excellence in strategic communication and high-level negotiations
Your responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to international markets and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle - from lead generation to closing complex enterprise deals
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align our SaaS offerings with market demands
- Implement KPIs and CRM best practices to provide accurate forecasting and actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs, revenue forecasting and reporting results directly to the Board
