Candidate Profile

• University degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science or related fields)
• Professional experience in business and systems analysis within the IT sector – participation in analytical workshops, ability to elicit and document requirements
• Fluency in English – enabling smooth communication with international clients (knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset)
• Willingness to relocate from Poland to Bogota (Colombia) or Santiago (Chile) – mandatory requirement (relocation package provided)

Proficiency in:

• Relational databases and SQL
• BPMN or UML notation, software development lifecycles, and analytical documentation creation in IT projects
• OpenAPI specifications
• Confluence and Jira
• Ability to define data models
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Ease in building and maintaining good relationships, strong teamwork skills
• Knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or French) is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and gathering business and technical requirements from clients across the Americas
• Drafting requirements using User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Preparing analytical documentation and reporting completed tasks
• Participating in the UI/UX mockup acceptance process
• Collaborating with cross-functional project teams (developers, UX designers, Product Owners) to describe tasks and requirements
• Organizing meetings and product demos to ensure continuous communication and alignment with project assumptions
• Analyzing issues and bugs reported by the client
